This was truely the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. My dental hygenist, Lisa, was the best I have ever had and she did a very thorough job. I was very pleased with her work. The facility was clean and modern and very impressive. The dentist didn't keep me waiting forever like other practices I've been to. I would recommend this practice to others.

I had a great first impression at the dental office. It was a very nice atmosphere and all of the staff were every nice. I love how they interacted with my 3 y/o son. He really got a kick out of his first dentist expereience and playing the xbox 360 was right up his alley. I will defeinitely spread the word. I was even given the information and costs for the work that I have to return and have done. Overall, the staff, beautiful fish tank, theatre rooms and children's room were all excellent!

I hate going to the dentist. Not anymore, Faith and DR. Maday and the rest of the Harbor View Staff was wonderful. They took their time with me to explain everything and answered all of my questions. In the past with other dentist I felt as I was more of an imposistion than a client. I will recomend everyone to the Konikoff Dental Group. Thanks again for a wonderful visit.

I called today to cancel an appointment and reschedule. I was transferred to voicemail. When I called back the receptionist was short with me and stated that all of the receptionists were busy with other patients.

We were charged for two additional toothpastes when we told the billing girl we only had one and showed it to her. She originally tried charging us for floride treatments we never received. After discovering billing error we contacted the office and they said they would have to talk to the billing girl to see if we were telling th truth. Never returned my wifes pictures we had paid several hundered dollars from an oral surgeon. Will require a revisit to get them.

I was very impressed with how everybody was very attentive, addressed all of my concerns and also addressed an issue that I was not being seen for but is proving to be very benificial. She has helped me to aleviate some of the jaw pain and headaches I have had for years and I am very greatful for that.

I will admit that going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing to do. My past experiences at a dentist office usually consisted of a boring, sometimes painful hour staring at the ceiling, listening to the sound of the various gringing and scraping tools being used on myself and the patients around me. Well no more... I walked into th Konikoff offices, and from the time I walked in the door until the time that I left, I was in total awe!!! The facility is amazing, with a gorgeous fish display at the door and its state of the art childrens theater off of the general waiting area, also filled with screens of it own; followed up by your own personal television while getting your teeth serviced. So if you thought about cancelling because you didnt want to miss your favorite soap opera or sports event, worry no more! And the staff is the friendliest staff that I have ever come across in this profession! All I can say is, if you dont visit the office for an appointment(which you will truly miss out on an amazing experience), stop by and check out the facility...you wont be disappointed!!!
