Love the fact that I didn't have to check out at the end of the appointment and that the Dental Hyg. scheduled next my appt. while I was sitting in the chair - in the past, there has always been quite a wait to check out - great improvement

My kids love going to the dentist here. They really do a good job catering to them and making them feel comfortable. My son has even had to get a filling and he never even knew he had gotten a shot to numb the nerves of the tooth. My dental-a-phobic husband doesn't even mind going here. I would definately recommend this dentistry.

I had a bad experience at the dentist office yesterday. During my cleaning, the hygenist attempted to remove what she suspected was buildup on one of my rear teeth. After putting an excessive amount of pressure to clean the plaque she asked "when did you have your wisdom teeth removed?" I responded that I had never had my wisdom teeth removed. She then realized that she had been trying to remove my wisdom teeth that are deep below the gum. She apologized for not knowing and blamed that the x ray machine was down. I feel that this is unacceptable especially after she had said that Konikoff dental prides itself on weeding out the inexperienced hygenist. The more I think about the appointment the more I realize that it was the poorest medical / dental experience I have ever had. Thank you for providing this conveniant way to offer feedback. I have not decided if I will be returning to have my teeth cleaned, sad because I had referred several of my family members to the dentist office in the past year.

I just wanted to say how amazing the staff at this location is. I am going through all my overseas transfer hoop jumping and they have been the best at trying to get me in to take care of things as fast as they possibly can. Thanks a million to Dr. Richards for squeezing me into her schedule and Noelle for handling all my appointments on the phone!!!! I've never had a better experience with any appointment oriented business/doctor.

Everyone in the office from the receptionist to the dentist was welcoming and very friendly. Going to the dentist can be a nerve wracking thing and your staff made me feel very relaxed.
