Not only do we desire to provide the finest care possible, but also, our goal includes providing financial services that do not cause undue hardship. Appointments will be scheduled for treatment after financial arrangements are fully discussed with you, and you, as the patient, understand the value of the dentistry that you will receive.

Dental Financial Plans Available

To financially achieve your dental treatment, you can also take advantage of several dental financial programs, such as Dental Fee Plan through Capitol One healthcare finance. The Dental Fee Plan offers financing at 0% interest with approved credit application. Patients can apply for dental financing in the office via a secured phone or online. The application process takes an easy 10 minutes!!!!

Konikoff Dentistry requires payment in full for all services rendered at the time of the visit, unless other arrangements have been made with our financial planners. For your convenience, we accept VISA and MASTERCARD, personal check and/or cash.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a billing statement every month when your account holds a balance. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.

From a financial sense, our planners make every possible effort to work with you in your financial commitment to excellent dental health. However, if your commitments are broken, you will be responsible for additional fees in our attempts to collect on your account balance. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
